For those of you who are music lovers (whether band, skirt or dangdut), then try listening to your favorite music. This can make your mood recover. But do not let your activities interfere with other colleagues.

When resting working hours, optimize for rest. This can restore your body and mind.
Share the burden of your mind with people you trust, it is useful to make a feeling of sticking in your mind.
- Wash Your Face
By washing your face with water, your body’s nerves become refreshed.
Outside the office
During working hours or going home from work you can do fun things like traveling. You don’t need to go far, just go to the coffee or eating place you like. There you will find new things and a new atmosphere so that the mood is back.
With exercise your body will be healthy, and your mind will relax again. Just do light exercise such as running, cycling, etc.
